Market season may be over, but here at Oakhill Organics we’re still harvesting vegetables from our fields. This fall, we have two opportunities for you to purchase Oakhill Organics vegetables, timed to particularly suit your holiday meals. Join us for our:
Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2 – 4* (the day before Thanksgiving)
Friday, Dec. 19, 2 – 4*
* Please note that the pick-up times listed above are different than on paper we handed out at market!
*** With the upcoming cold weather this week, some of these items may no longer be available. We will let you know when you placed your order if something has changed. Also, if weather becomes really scary, we may postpone this harvest until the following week. Again, you’ll be informed when ordering. ***
How it will work: Choose your vegetables from the following availability list … then call (503-474-7661) to place your order. We’ll take orders for our December harvest anytime on Wednesday, Dec. 17 & by noon on Thursday, Dec. 18. Once we have your order, we will custom harvest your chosen vegetables for you and bring them to downtown McMinnville for you to pick up Friday, Dec. 19, from 2 – 4 pm at the First Baptist Church parking lot on 1st street, between Cowls and Davis.

To reiterate, all veggies purchases need to be pre-ordered anytime on Wednesday, December 17 or by noon on Thursday, December 18 for pick-up Friday December 19, 2 -4 pm. Please do not call in your order before December 17.
