[Note: the original version of this newsletter was handwritten and then photo-copied, for reasons which will be obvious here. Since then I’ve elaborated a bit with more info …]
Meet this week’s vegetables:

Wow. What a week. We hope that you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Ours was a great but full of busy activities:
1. We had to unexpectedly move out of our house (long story). Our printer is still in its box, hence the handwritten newsletter this week.
2. We updated our website with new photos and the 2007 CSA information. We’ll be sending out our paper brochure as soon as we finalize our drop site in Mac. In the meantime, you can find info on the website.
3. COLD weather and SNOW! Ok—this one isn’t just about us, but it certainly affected the harvest (we’ve posted pictures). There’s nothing like bunching beets in snow to make us realize it’s winter! As you’ve seen, we also adjusted the pick-up due to the cold. But have no fear—we still have two more weeks of veggies for you! (The last pick-up is on December 12).
Enjoy this week’s vegetables!
