How it will work: Choose your vegetables from the following availability list … then email (farm at oakhillorganics dot org) or call (503-474-7661) to place your order. We’ll take orders on Sunday, Nov. 21 & Monday, Nov. 22.
Once we have your order, we will custom harvest your chosen vegetables for you and bring them to downtown McMinnville for you to pick up next Wednesday, Nov. 24, from 2 – 4 pm at our regular CSA pick-up site (at the Saturday Market site in the Granary District).
So that you can better plan your Thanksgiving dinner and Holiday Harvest order, here is what we expect to give out in next week’s share: shallots, red onions, Brussels sprouts, potatoes, beets, butternut squash, carrots, and collard greens.
