Beautiful things

We’ve witnessed some amazing bird migrations overhead this week. Two days ago literally thousands of geese passed within ten minutes—there were perhaps even a hundred different shifting V-formations.

It is, of course, a sure sign that summer is coming. Our ‘new’ tractor is to be delivered within the hour. And the ground is finally dry enough to work. Soon the vegetables will be going in the ground. Soon.

I am looking forward to seeing photos of the new tractor. I have not driven ours yet, Steve wants to do all of the tractor work, manly stuff:)

Glad you got the composting toilet in place. It is funny that you named it Gylaney after the guys road. It was great of them to give you the toilet. However, I am sure they will be pleased that you did not name it Rob or Christopher.

I spent all day yesterday pulling weeds from my new beds and cutting back frost damaged plants. There is no question that spring is upon us. Our yard is teaming with wildlife.
