Oakhill Organics is the featured farm at a special dinner this Wednesday at Community Plate restaurant! Our delicious veggies will be paired with Dominio IV wines — a great combination! Here is the preliminary menu:
- Amuse – Leek and Green Garlic Tartlet
- 1st Course – Gnocchi a la Romana with creamed nettle and spinach, hazelnuts, pea tendrils and aged sheep’s milk cheese
- Main – Grilled Lamb Loin with fried purple broccoli, celery root puree and lamb sauce
- Dessert – Dent Corn Cake
